Last updated: October 24, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Christie Vines, an independent travel advisor affiliated with Fora Travel and operating as The Travel Huntress (“Travel Advisor,” “we,” “us”), collects, uses and shares personal information when you visit thetravelhuntress.com, send an inquiry, or book travel with us.

1. Information We Collect

Information you give us. When you use the trip inquiry form or contact us by email, text or social media, we collect what you share, such as:

Information needed to book your travel. If you book with us, we may also collect details for you and anyone traveling with you, such as full legal names, dates of birth, passport or other travel document details, loyalty program numbers, travel preferences, dietary or accessibility needs, special occasions and payment information. You should only share another traveler’s information with their permission.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically receives basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you view. This site loads fonts from Google Fonts and some images from Unsplash, which means those services receive your IP address when your browser requests those files. We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand how the site is used, such as which pages are visited, the type of device and browser, the referring website, and the approximate country. It does not use cookies and does not identify individual visitors. We do not use advertising cookies on this site.

2. How We Use Your Information

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising. We share it only as needed to provide our services:

4. International Travel

Because we book travel around the world, your information may be shared with suppliers and authorities in countries outside the United States, which may have different data protection laws. We only share what is needed to arrange and support your trip.

5. How Long We Keep Your Information

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, maintain business and booking records, and meet legal, tax and accounting requirements. When it is no longer needed, we delete it or keep it in a form that no longer identifies you.

6. How We Protect Your Information

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your information, such as using secure booking and payment systems and limiting who can access client records. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please avoid sending payment card or passport details by unsecured email unless we ask you to.

7. Your Choices and Rights

You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop sending you marketing messages. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws. To make a request, email us at the address below. We may need to verify your identity, and we may keep certain information where required by law or to complete a booking you have made.

8. Children’s Privacy

Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them through the site. Information about minors traveling with a family is collected from a parent or guardian only to book their travel.
