once in a lifetime
This client wanted a once-in-a-lifetime trip to Australia, so we built it around the biggest moments of the Australian summer: the Boxing Day Test in Melbourne and New Year's Eve on Sydney Harbor.
It started with a direct flight from New York to New Zealand and a private helicopter to lunch on Waiheke Island, and finished on the Great Barrier Reef. In between: the Ashes, Melbourne's restaurants, fireworks from the water, an ocean swim at Bondi, and the Whitsundays from qualia.

A direct flight from New York to Auckland, then a private helicopter out to Waiheke Island for lunch and wine tasting at Mudbrick.

Melbourne & the Boxing Day Test
On to Melbourne for the Ashes: England versus Australia in the Boxing Day Test. Between days at the cricket, they soaked up the city's culture — including the F1 Exhibition that was on at the time — and ate at restaurants like Maison Batard, where the food was fantastic.

Sydney for New Year's Eve
A flight to Sydney to take in the Opera House, then a private boat charter on New Year's Eve to watch the fireworks from the harbor. On New Year's Day, a swim in the ocean pool at Bondi Icebergs followed by lunch at Icebergs; the next day, a water taxi from the Sydney Opera House across to Manly Beach.

A flight to Hamilton Island in the Whitsundays for a luxurious stay at qualia. Sunset from One Tree Hill, a private helicopter tour to Whitehaven Beach, and a private boat charter out to the Great Barrier Reef for diving and snorkeling — before flying home to New York via Auckland.
